Dear brothers and sisters from Europe, it’s with great satisfaction that we invite you all to join the European Conference – Autumn 2021 in Torres Vedras, Portugal. This is our first presential European conference since the start of the pandemic, and we encourage you all to participate, hallelujah.

 

• Subscription:

 

• the subscriptions have a limited number of vacancies, due to the limited number of rooms where the conference will be held. For that reason, we ask the brothers and sisters not to leave your subscriptions for last minute.
• what’s included in the normal subscription:

– Friday dinner (12/11)

– Friday accommodation (12/11)

– Saturday breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner (13/11)

– Saturday accommodation (13/11)

– Sunday breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea (14/11)

• subscription with no accommodation include all meals listed except breakfast

 until the 10th of October 2021:

• normal: €150,00
• no accommodation : €90,00

 

   from the 11th of October 2021:

• normal: €160,00
• no accommodation: €100,00

 

• Transfer service: For those that solicit this service, the transfer will pick you up from Lisbon airport or from the train station in Torres Vedras and take you to the place where the conference will be held.
• from the airport: €20,00
• from the train station: €5,00

 

• children:

– 0 to 3 year olds are exempt from paying

– 4 to 10 year olds pay €125,00 for the subscription

 

• extra-night:

those who want, can include an extra night of stay (from the 11 til the 12/11 and/or 14 til the 15/11) for €50 (for a double room). Solicit this with the subscription.

 

• those from countries outside Europe should respect the same timeline for the subscription. However, the payment could be made when you arrive at the conference site, to avoid high taxes for transferences. But we ask those who can, to send the money for the subscriptions because this is of great help for the hotel expenses.

– Thanksgiving meeting – all conferences are special, but this one will be even more because this meeting will be held in the land of the construction of the centre of events. This will be a historical moment, where all of us together, as the Body of Christ, will thank for such blessing that the Lord has given us.
