In April 2015, Nepal, a small Asian country, neighbor of India, suffered a massive earthquake that shook not only the earth but also the confidence and emotions of all. More than 5,000 people died in this event. The case mobilized the world to help victims and locate people under the rubble.
There is nothing that sensitizes the human being more than death, the loss of a loved person. After the tragedy, everyone who survived wants to hear the voice of their family or friends and want to hear good news that they are alive.
When this news comes, there is a lot of joy! Just as death sensitizes and causes pain, salvation and rescue bring joy and strengthen love.
You are probably reading this article from the comfort of your home or work. You may be sitting in a coffee shop, restaurant or waiting room. Wherever you are, you must be on firm ground. But the truth is that there are many people whose emotions are shaken, and many others who live as if they are under the rubble, everything in their life has collapsed, with no hope of rescue or cause for joy.
These people need salvation. They are buried, being suffocated by sins, anxiety, depression, bitterness, hatred, sadness and so many things that only bring death. They urgently need salvation and the only one who can give salvation is Jesus; “ Neither os there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby must be saved. ”(Acts 4:12).
Is Jesus who can lift people out of the rubble, save them from the oppression of death. There are many people with their bodies on firm ground, but with their soul and spirit buried. When you look outside, it seems all right, but inside there is only destruction. They need salvation.
Just as families and friends of people enjoy who, despite being in Nepal during the tragedy, have not suffered the damage of death, so the joy of salvation floods the hearts of those who accept Jesus as Lord and their Savior. The world is crumbling and will soon collapse. When this happens, you will say, “Save yourself who can.” We hope that by that time you have already made your decision, you have already received salvation!
Dear reader, don’t waste time and enjoy this help of being saved . Pay attention to God’s Word, which says: “ For he said, i have heard you in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have i succored you: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. “(2 Corinthians 6: 2).
So if you want to be saved now, say this simple prayer: “Lord Jesus, I recognize that I need your salvation and trust that only in you I can be saved. Today I live under many “rubble” without joy or hope, but I cry to You to save me and to give me Your love and joy of life! That’s why I call on you to help me: save me!
